About me
My name is Christina Wolff, I am the elected Central Equal Opportunities Officer at the University of Potsdam. At the same time, I head the coordination office for equal opportunities at the University of Potsdam and advise the university and other scientific institutions on the implementation of gender equality and protection against discrimination. Since 2021 I have been one of 5 board members at the Federal Conference of Women and Equal Opportunities Officers at German universities. I am well connected in terms of science policy, I am familiar with current state and national political debates that are relevant to gender equality. Gender and diversity skills are among the challenges of our time, for cultural change in organizations, against the shortage of skilled workers and for a more open and appreciative work culture.
