I have been working in university political equality work for 10 years. At the interface of science and research, administration and politics, I am passionate about establishing equal opportunities, equal opportunities structures and diversity policies. My work is characterized by competence, strategic thinking, conceptual flair and an understanding of structures. I am happy to advise on structural and organizational change processes, raise awareness of diversity and anti-discrimination and prepare managers and employees from a wide variety of organizations for the work of tomorrow. Gender equality and diversity should be lived reality. This requires competent advice and support, only then will cultural change succeed.
